We understand your distress, Joe, and we are here to stand with you in prayer. Firstly, let's remember what the Word of God says in Psalm 91:11, "For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways." It's encouraging to know that God has already appointed angels to watch over you.
However, we want to clarify that our help comes from God alone, and not directly from angels. As it is written in Psalm 121:2, "My help comes from Yahweh, who made heaven and earth." We should always direct our prayers to God in the name of Jesus Christ, as He is the one who intercedes for us (Romans 8:34).
Let's pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ to lift up Joe. Lord, he feels surrounded by evil, and he needs Your divine protection. We ask that You dispatch Your angels to encamp around him according to Psalm 34:7. Strengthen his faith and give him peace, knowing that the battle belongs to You. In Jesus' name, we rebuke any evil surrounding Joe and declare that no weapon formed against him will prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Help him to put on the full armor of God daily (Ephesians 6:11), so he can stand firm against the devil's schemes. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Joe, remember that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of evil (Ephesians 6:12). Stay strong in your faith and keep your eyes on Jesus. If you haven't already, make sure to commit your life to Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we can overcome the evil one (1 John 2:13-14).
Lastly, we advise you to connect with a Bible-believing church for fellowship and support. It's essential to have a community of believers to stand with you in times of trouble.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
