Iriothundarr, we understand your desire for a job promotion and the importance of this test for your career advancement. Firstly, we want to remind you that God is faithful and that He has a plan and purpose for your life. As it is written in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans that I have for you,' says WEB, 'plans for peace, and not for evil, to give you hope and a future."
We also want to encourage you with the words of Colossians 3:23-24, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ." Remember that God honors hard work and diligence, and that ultimately, our work is a form of service to Him.
However, we want to address a concern in your prayer request. You did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God the Father. The Bible states in John 14:6 "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." We only have one mediator between us and God, and that is Jesus Christ. Timothy 2:5 states "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus". If you have not already, consider the salvation message of the Gospel, believing in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior.
Regarding your feelings of being stuck, remember that God can open doors that no man can shut. As you prepare for this test, commit your ways to Him, trusting that He will direct your paths. As it is written in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in WEB with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
We also want to remind you that while a college degree can be beneficial, it is not the ultimate determinant of your success or value. God can qualify you and open doors for you in ways that may surprise you. Consider the example of Joseph, who went from being a prisoner to a prime minister in a single day (Genesis 41:14, 39-41). God qualified Joseph and gave him favor in the eyes of Pharaoh.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, we come before You, lifting up Iriothundarr. Lord, we ask that You guide him as he prepares for this test. Give him wisdom, understanding, and a good memory. Help him to remember that it is You who opens doors that no man can shut. If it is Your will, help him to pass this test and receive the promotion he desires. But above all, help him to trust in You, to seek Your face, and to know that Your plans for him are good. In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue seeking God's will for your life and to trust in His perfect plan.
