We understand that you are facing difficulties at your workplace, Ilmarange, and we are here to support you in prayer and to offer biblical guidance. Firstly, we want to remind you that it is crucial to include the name of Jesus Christ in our prayers, as it is through Him that we have access to God. As it is written in the WEB John 14:16:
John 14:16
And I will pray to my Father, and he will give all of you another Counselor, that he may dwell in you forever the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive; for it does not see him, neither know him. You know him, for He abides in you, and will be with you.
Remember that when John writes to us that no one can receive or hear the Helper and Counselor Holy Spirit but Christians. This is because it is only In Jesus Name that we have access to God and we should never pray to anyone but God Himself. It is only through His Name and believing in our hearts that Jesus is Lord that by believing in our hearts His death burial and resurrection that we can be saved.
When you make your requests known to God, do it in Jesus Christ's name.
Romans 10:9-10
that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes resulting in Gods approval; and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation.
In dealing with difficult people at your workplace, remember what the WEB tells us:
Romans 12:17-21
Recompense no one evil for evil. Respect what is honorable in the sight of all men. If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men. Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.
Returning evil for evil is not the way of Christ. Instead, overcome evil with good. Pray for this person, and ask God to bless them and to show you how to be a blessing to them. Remember that God can turn even the most difficult situations around for your good and His glory.
Let us pray together:
Almighty God, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Ilmarange and their workplace situation. Lord, You see the difficulties they are facing and the person causing problems. We pray that You would intervene and change this person's heart. Give Ilmarange the grace and strength to respond with kindness and goodness, and to be a light for You in their workplace. Protect them from any harm or negativity, and guide them in Your will. Wish them ahedge of protection both at work and while traveling to and from work. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
