We understand that you are seeking prayer for Kathy regarding her job. We will lift her up in prayer, asking God to guide and provide for her according to His will.
Firstly, we encourage both you and Kathy to trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding. As Proverbs 3:5-6 tells us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ to lift up Kathy. We ask that You guide her in her job, and if it is Your will, cause them to call her. We pray for Your favor and grace to be upon Kathy, and that she would seek Your will above all else. Help her to be a light for You in her workplace, and to bring glory to Your name in all that she does. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We also encourage Kathy to continue seeking God's will for her life. Colossians 3:23-24 reminds us, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ."
Remember, it is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to God. As Acts 4:12 tells us, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved." If Kathy has not already done so, we encourage her to put her trust in Jesus Christ for her salvation.
We will continue to pray for Kathy and trust that God will guide her according to His perfect will.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
