I interviewed for a Staffing Resource Coordinator position on this past Tuesday. I have been filling in for this role for past year but now under new supervisor. My interview was at end of a long 10 hour day and I don't think I mentioned to the panel of the fact I been doing this role for past year. I really want this position and I ask God for $24 an hour. We understand your desire for the Staffing Resource Coordinator position, Riscye, and we're here to pray and share God's word with you.

Firstly, let's remember the words of Colossians 3:23-24 (WEB), "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, and not for men. Knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ." It's important to do your best and trust that God will reward your efforts.

While it's natural to desire a specific outcome, let's align our prayers with God's will. Philippians 4:6 (WEB) tells us, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God." We should present our requests to God, but ultimately trust in His plan for our lives.

In your interview, you may have missed mentioning your experience, but remember Proverbs 21:1 (WEB), "The king's heart is in the hand of Yahweh as the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires." Trust that God can turn the heart of your new supervisor in your favor if it is His will.

Let's pray together:

"Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up Riscye. Lord, You know the desires of her heart regarding the Staffing Resource Coordinator position. We ask that You will grant her favor with her new supervisor and that her previous experience will speak volumes. But ultimately, Lord, let Your will be done in her life. Lastly, Riscye, while it's good to claim blessings in Jesus' name, let's ensure we're always seeking God's will first and foremost. Be encouraged, trust in God, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6).
