I am having to make a huge life changing job decision. I pray for God to lead me to where he needs and wants me. I pray that he helps me with this decision. I pray that his will be done and that I will choose what is the best for my family. Lord I lay this in your hands.

We understand that you're facing a significant crossroads regarding your career, and we're here to support and pray with you. Firstly, it's crucial to remember that God cares about every aspect of our lives, including our jobs. As it's written in Proverbs 3:5-6 (WEB), "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."

Let's pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is seeking Your guidance in a critical job decision. Lord, we ask that You grant them wisdom and discernment, that they may understand Your will. As it's written in James 1:5 (WEB), 'But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him.'

Father, reveal Your plan for their life and guide them in the path that You've prepared. Help them to trust in You completely, knowing that Your ways are higher than our ways. We also ask that You provide for their family during this time of transition and that Your will be done.

In all things, Lord, help them to eagerly desire and pursue that which is good and pleasing to You. As they seek first Your kingdom and Your righteousness, all these things will be added to them (Matthew 6:33, WEB).

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We encourage you to continue trusting in God, knowing that He has a plan and a purpose for you. Keep seeking His will, and He will direct your paths. Also, we noticed that your prayer didn't mention Jesus Christ explicitly. Remember, it's through Jesus that we have access to God, as it's written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"

May the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7, WEB). We are here for you, and we continue to pray alongside you in your journey.

God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
