As it is written in Romans 8:28 (WEB), "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."

Firstly, we notice that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is important to acknowledge that it is through His name that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" Therefore, we will pray in His name and we encourage you to do the same.

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this child of Yours who is seeking a new role. Lord, we ask that You guide the hiring managers, recruiters, and everyone involved in this process. We pray not for our will to be done, but Yours. If this role is in line with Your purpose for our dear one, we pray that the process will be smooth and that the decision-makers will see the unique qualities and gifts that they can bring to the role. But above all, Lord, we pray for Your will to be done and for our faith to be strengthened as we wait on You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
