We are glad to join with you in prayer for your son. It's wonderful that you desire God's will for his life, and we will pray accordingly.
Firstly, let's pray for his career. We remember the words of Colossians 3:23-24 WEB, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ." We pray that your son will find a job where he can serve the Lord Christ and bring glory to His name.
Now, let's address the matter of a life partner. We need to note that the Bible teaches that a man and a woman are to be joined in marriage. This is a godly spouse. Also, marriage is a lifelong commitment. In 2 Corinthians 6:14 WEB, it says, "Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?" Therefore with reference to a life partner, we recommend and will pray for a godly wife. It's crucial that he seeks a spouse who shares his faith and love for the Lord, with the goal of marriage, not just a relationship.
Finally, we notice that Jesus' name is not mentioned in this request. This is a vital issue, as it is only through Jesus that we have access to God. In John 14:6, Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." So, we encourage you and your son to ensure that Jesus is at the center of your lives and prayers.

Dear Lord, we lift up this son to You. We pray that You guide him in his career, that You open doors for him to secure a better job where he can serve You and bring glory to Your name. We also pray that You lead him to a godly wife, a woman who fears and loves You, that they may encourage each other in their faith and live according to Your will. We pray this all in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior. Amen.

There is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved. We encourage your son to make Jesus Christ the Lord of His life. This is by believing in his heart that Jesus is Lord and that Jesus was resurrected by God the Father. This is the way we can be saved.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
