Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear sister Akoloutheinos and her prayer request. Lord, we acknowledge the challenges she is facing as a nursing incharge in a government hospital in India. We pray for your divine intervention and guidance in her situation.
Lord, we ask that you grant Akoloutheinos wisdom and discernment as she deals with the issues and conflicts among her colleagues and higher authorities. Help her to navigate through these challenges with grace and integrity. Strengthen her to handle any writing errors or disobedience from her colleagues or doctors, knowing that her role as an incharge requires her to manage and follow protocols.
Lord, we pray for unity and cooperation among all the members of the hospital. Soften their hearts and help them to understand the importance of working together for the well-being of the patients. May they recognize Akoloutheinos' dedication and commitment to her role and support her in her responsibilities.
Father, we ask for your divine protection over Akoloutheinos' seniority and position as an incharge. Shield her from any threats or attempts to remove her from her post unjustly. We trust in your justice and pray that you will vindicate her and uphold her in her position.
Lord, we know that nothing is impossible for you. Your Word reminds us in Philippians 4:13 that we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us. We declare this promise over Akoloutheinos' life and ask that you empower her to overcome every challenge she faces.
In Jesus' name, we pray for success and favor to be upon Akoloutheinos. May she experience your blessings and breakthroughs in her work. Grant her the strength and perseverance to fulfill her duties with excellence and compassion.
We thank you, Lord, for hearing our prayer and for your faithfulness. We trust in your perfect timing and know that you are working all things together for Akoloutheinos' good. May your will be done in her life and in the hospital where she serves.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
