Job stress

Jesus please help me at work. My employer might put me in sales and put a lot of stress and anxiety on me. It's not fair for them to do this. I need help, Dear God, please help me.

We understand that you're feeling stressed and anxious about a potential change in your job role, and it's important to bring these concerns to God in prayer. However, we noticed that you didn't mention the name of Jesus Christ in your prayer request. It's essential to remember that it is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB:

"Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."

And in Acts 4:12 WEB:

"There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"

Let's pray together for your situation, aligning our hearts with God's will and submitting to His guidance.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is feeling stressed and anxious about their work situation. We know that You care for us and that You have a plan and purpose for each of our lives. We ask for Your guidance and wisdom in this situation. If it is Your will for our brother/sister to take on this new role in sales, we pray that You would equip them with the strength, skills, and confidence they need to succeed. If not, we ask that You would open up other opportunities that align with Your purpose for their life.

We also ask for Your peace to fill their heart and mind, casting out all anxiety. We remember the words of Philippians 4:6-7 WEB:

"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."

Father, we ask for Your will to be done in this situation, and for our brother/sister to trust in You, knowing that You are always working for the good of those who love You and are called according to Your purpose. We also ask for forgiveness if there has been any resentment or bitterness towards the employer, as we are reminded in Ephesians 6:5-7 WEB:

"Servants, be obedient to those who according to the flesh are your masters, with fear and trembling, in singleness of your heart, as to Christ; not in the way of service only when eyes are on you, as men pleasers; but as servants of Christ, doing the will of God from the heart; with good will doing service, as to the Lord, and not to men."

As you go through this situation, we encourage you to keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, trusting in His love and faithfulness. Remember that He is always with you and will never leave you nor forsake you.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
