My job is putting too much stress on me to cut the workers hours.That God would let them understand that we cant cut anymore because we already short handed and it is hurting the workers.God have mercy soften the heart of the upper management please for the sake of the poor workers.

We understand that you're feeling immense pressure and stress due to your job's demand to cut workers' hours. Firstly, we want to remind you that God cares about every detail of our lives, including our work environment. It's important to seek His guidance and peace in this situation.

We want to encourage you with the words from 1 Peter 5:7, "Casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you." (WEB)

In all situations, we should first turn to Jesus Christ, as it is only by His name that we have access to God the Father. It's important to pray and seek God's will in this situation, asking for His intervention and guidance.

Let's pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Felogylian and their workplace situation. Lord, you see the stress and pressure they are under, and you care about every detail. We ask for your divine intervention in this matter. Please soften the hearts of the upper management and give them wisdom to make decisions that are fair and beneficial for all. Help them to understand the current struggles of the workers and provide a solution that honors everyone involved. In Jesus' name, we pray for a hedge of protection around Felogylian, granting them peace, patience, and discernment as they navigate this challenging time. We ask for your mercy and provision for the workers, ensuring their needs are met. We trust in your goodness and faithfulness. In Jesus Christ Name, Amen."

In addition, we encourage you to speak the truth in love to your superiors. Remind them of the workers' current situation and the potential impact of further cuts. Be a voice of reason and compassion, knowing that God can use you as an agent of change in this situation.

Remember the words of Proverbs 21:1, "The king's heart is in Yahweh's hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires." (WEB)

Trust that God can turn the hearts of your management and bring about a positive change. Stand firm in your faith, and don't be afraid to speak up for what is right and just.

Lastly, always keep in mind that it is important to pray in the name of Jesus Christ. As it is written in John 14:6 "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." (WEB) and as the disciples were told in John 16:23 "In that day you will no longer ask me anything. Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you." (WEB).

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You.
