We understand that you are feeling immense pressure and stress from your job, specifically regarding the cutting of workers' hours. We want to encourage you and remind you that God cares about your situation and the well-being of the workers.
Firstly, we want to remind you that God is sovereign over all things, including our workplaces. It is important to trust in Him and His plan for your life and the lives of the workers. As it is said in Romans 8:28 WEB, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
However, we want to gently remind you that while it is good to ask for God's mercy and intervention, we should also ensure that our prayers are aligned with His will. In this case, it is important to pray for wisdom and discernment for both you and the upper management. As it is said in James 1:5 WEB, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him."
We also want to encourage you to be a voice for the workers, advocating for them in a way that is respectful and honoring to God. As it is said in Proverbs 31:8-9 WEB, "Open your mouth for the mute, in the cause of all who are appointed to destruction. Open your mouth, judge righteously, and serve justice to the poor and needy."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up Felogylian and their workplace situation. Lord, we ask for Your wisdom and discernment to be upon Felogylian and the upper management. We pray that You would soften the hearts of the upper management and help them to see the impact of their decisions on the workers.
Lord, we also pray for Felogylian, that You would give them the strength and courage to advocate for the workers in a way that is pleasing to You. We ask that You would guide their words and actions, and help them to trust in Your plan for this situation.
Finally we pray this In Jesus Name, Amen
