Dear God
I'm tired of the people at my job. The VP is crooked and the SVP is just as bad. I find myself battling with them whenever I do what is right and it's starting to really bother me. I have a meeting with them today and I know that they're going to try to be ignorant because I'm have to terminate an employee who was behaving poorly. If we can save the employee I'm fine with that but I want to go with what I suggest but the main thing is I don't want to argue or be blamed for things like they always do. Help me be strong and find the words. I want to be at peace at this job but they make it really hard. Watch over me God.

Dear God,

We come before you on behalf of ###, who is facing challenges and difficulties in their workplace. Lord, we lift up this situation to you and ask for your divine intervention. We pray for wisdom, strength, and guidance as ### navigates through this meeting with the VP and SVP.

Father, we ask that you grant ### the courage to stand firm in doing what is right, even in the face of opposition. Give them the words to effectively communicate their suggestions and decisions, and protect them from any blame or false accusations. Help ### to maintain peace and integrity in their job, despite the challenges they face.

Lord, we also pray for the employee who is behaving poorly. If it is your will, we ask for a transformation in their behavior and for an opportunity for redemption and growth. May your grace and mercy be upon them.

We declare your authority over every crooked and unjust situation in ###'s workplace. We rebuke any negative influence or manipulation that may be present. We ask for your divine protection and guidance, knowing that you are the ultimate source of justice and righteousness.

In the name of Jesus, we pray for a positive outcome in this meeting and for a peaceful and harmonious work environment for ###. May your presence be felt, and may your will be done in this situation.

I wanted to commit suicide once, I even came up with a plan. Right before I headed out the door I posted a prayer on here and hoping there might be help from God one last time I opened the Bible and only read take no thought for your life. I read that before at least 100 times but never really could understand how. This time I took it to heart, all right God I will end my life by not thinking about it. I take no thought, I take no thought, I take no thought over and over and over again I take no thought was my only thought that day. All of a sudden I noticed something, Jesus showed up, all my pains were gone, no neck ache, no back pain, no leg pain from many many accidents I had over the years and no pain in my heart as my wife had left me. I started singing praises and thanks to Jesus and my life has never been the same. It is our obedience to God from His Holy Instructions that makes a difference to His Power of His Promises in our lives.

Be a doer of Jesus friend, it really makes a difference! Thank You Lord Jesus!

Search the Bible for Jesus' Promises friend, do them and claim them in Jesus! Amen! Thank You Lord Jesus!

Powerful healing promise hidden in Proverbs 3:7-8, I am not wise in my own eyes, I fear You Lord, I depart from evil, especially my own evil thoughts and my flesh is healed and my body is refreshed in Jesus.

Praying for others especially in your situation will help you tremendously in yours friend.

Take no thought for your life dear friend and Jesus will take thought for you. Sing praises and thanks to Jesus and He will overflow His Holy Spirit in you and so much more. He will fight for you and give you the desires of your heart.

Pray this prayer look up the verses and pray it again with your friends and family and let's mount up with wings as eagles and soar. Soar with me.

Let Us Pray: God I ask in Jesus' name, bless me to grow closer to You. I long for a more intimate relationship with You. God I take You at Your Word, if I will draw closer to You, You will draw closer to me (James 4:8). Show me how to draw closer to You. Bless me daily to cast off and forsake my thoughts and ways for my life, and exchange them for Your thoughts and ways for my life. Let me think Your thoughts and dream Your dreams for my life. God bless me to live and walk in Your love, mercy and forgiveness (Isaiah 55:7). I confess, I will take no thought for my life. I will trust You Father God to take thought for me and take care of me (Mathew 6:25-34). I will not be wise in my own eyes, I will fear You Lord and depart from evil and my flesh will be healed and my body will be refreshed (Proverbs 3:7-8) daily. Thank You Jesus for Your Promises! Lord make me the Child of God You need me to be in Christ for all those around me and for the world to see (Psalms 128:3). Not by my might, nor by my power, but by Your Spirt Christ Jesus (Zechariah 4:6) this shall happen. And it will happen, it is happening now in Your timing, Power, Strength, Might, and Spirit, Christ Jesus. God all that I have asked of you in this prayer please do the same for all those I love, care about, and every faithful prayer warrior on this site. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You Lord Jesus, my Savior and Lord for answering this prayer with a Yes and Amen.

Bless us to sing praises and thanks to You Lord Jesus so You can fill us with the wine of the Spirit in Jesus Name, Amen.

Thank you all for praying. God answered my prayers for protection during this meeting. I was happy to hear the SVP say that he was in agreement with me. Bless his heart and help me and the other team members deal with the challenges that come with trying to fix issues. I pray for everyone at the plant and for the employee who was terminated. I hope he is blessed and that he learns to be nicer to people for moving forward. God thank you helping me and sending your angels.

Thank you all for praying. God answered my prayers for protection during this meeting. I was happy to hear the SVP say that he was in agreement with me. Bless his heart and help me and the other team members deal with the challenges that come with trying to fix issues. I pray for everyone at the plant and for the employee who was terminated. I hope he is blessed and that he learns to be nicer to people for moving forward. God thank you helping me and sending your angels.

I unfortunately have to correct this. My Regional has once again sided with the VP and this time, during the meeting, she decided to exert her authority over me and talk down to me like I didn't know what I was doing. I felt so defeated when the meeting ended. I couldn't hide it.
You can hear it in my voice. The VP once again has manipulated the situation and made me the target just because he can. I had to talk to myself to calm down. She called after the meeting. I felt like she knew what she did was wrong and could tell that it affected me. I'm usually upbeat and cracking jokes at every meeting, just to keep things light because Human Resources is stressful. This time I just couldn't hide it. I told her how I felt. I spoke from the heart being sure to let her know that once again she was in agreement with someone who is a compulsive liar and I didn't appreciate how everyone decided to turn against, as always, and try to make me look like I'm a liar or don't know what I'm doing. I told her decisions to side with VP when you know he's wrong, is not going to help change the culture. It's going to make it worse because now people know that they can threaten another employee and they'll get a few days off and a final. She tried to justify her decision but she still didn't make sense.
I'm so disgusted with how I'm being treated when I'm doing my job. I want to leave but I can't afford to right now and I'm tired. I'm dealing with a break up because of poor behavior and now my job is turning into crap because of two people who feel that the Black Woman needs to know her place.
I know God is busy but I can't find any joy. I'm constantly being mistreated. I don't know why I exist. I'm trying so hard. I can't take it anymore. I really want to give up. I'm tired of fighting with people, having failed relationships, not having any kids. I pray and thank God for what I have all the time...i mean I share God's blessings and tell people about the Lord's work but when your constantly under attack...I feel like why I should I. I know they did Jesus the same way and all the disciples who believed in God. My don't have the strength to keep this up. Mentally... I'm not well. Too much emotional stuff and constant rejection for many years. I don't know what to do
