Firstly, we want to remind you of the importance of acknowledging Jesus Christ in all aspects of our lives, including our work. As it is written in Colossians 3:17 WEB, And whatever you do, in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him. It is through Jesus that we have access to God, and it is in His name that we pray and live our lives.
Now, let's turn to the Scriptures for guidance on work and skills. In Colossians 3:23-24 WEB, we read, Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ. This verse reminds us that our work is not just for earthly gain, but it is a form of service to the Lord. We should strive to do our best, knowing that our ultimate reward comes from Him.
In terms of skill development, consider the wisdom of Proverbs 22:29 WEB, Do you see a man skilled in his work? He will serve kings. He won't serve obscure men. This verse highlights the value of excellence and mastery in our work. By developing and cultivating our skills, we position ourselves to serve and impact more people, ultimately bringing greater glory to God. Also, Ecclesiastes 10:10 WEB, If the iron is blunt, and one doesn't sharpen the edge, then he must use more strength; but wisdom is profitable to ensure success. This verse reminds us that honing our skills makes our work more effective and less arduous.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Speunnior to You. We thank You for the work You have given them and the skills You have blessed them with. We pray that You would continue to develop and sharpen these skills, giving them the wisdom and understanding to excel in their job.
Help them to approach their work as service to You, Lord, always giving their best and seeking to bring You glory. Guide them in their career path, opening doors for advancement and increased impact as they grow in their abilities.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
