Job security

Hello brothers and sisters I recently made a breach in policy violation of the company honestly I didn't know . I always abide with rules and I didn't know this was something comes under violation. No one questioned me yet as it was not found . When I came to know it was against the policy I promptly dropped a mail to the concern team. I am really worried about the issue as I was joined recently I didn't know that was an issue. I am really afraid that how the management going to react. Kindly please pray for me and my job . Varshan, we understand your concern and want to lift up your situation in prayer, seeking God's will together with you.

Firstly, we commend you for your honesty and prompt action in addressing this issue. Proverbs 10:9 WEB tells us, "He who walks in integrity walks securely, but he who perverts his ways will be found out." You've shown integrity in admitting your mistake and taking steps to correct it.

However, we want to remind you that God is sovereign over all things, including our jobs and careers. Colossians 3:23-24 WEB says, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ." Even in this difficult situation, you can find peace knowing that you ultimately serve God, not man.

We also want to encourage you to trust in God's faithfulness. Psalm 37:5 WEB says, "Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this." Trust that God has a plan and purpose in this situation, even if it's hard to see right now.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today lifting up Varshan. Lord, You know the situation they are facing at their job. We ask for Your mercy and grace to be upon them. Guide the heart of the management to be understanding and lenient. Help Varshan to continue to walk in integrity and truth, trusting in You every step of the way. Remind them that their ultimate security is in You, not their job. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Remember, Varshan, God is always with you, even in difficult times like these. Trust in Him, and don't hesitate to call out to Him in prayer. We also noticed that your request does not mention the name of Jesus. It's important to remember that it's only through His name that we have access to God. As Acts 4:12 WEB tells us, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." If you haven't already, consider committing your life to Jesus Christ. He loves you and wants the best for you.

We're here for you, Varshan. We understand how uncertain and worrying this situation can be, but remember, God is always by your side. As it says in Matthew 11:28-29 (NIV), "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your soul."

Let's trust in God's plan, even when we can't see the whole picture. He promises in Jeremiah 29:11 (NIV), "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the LORD, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."

We come before You today, lifting up Varshan. Lord, You see their situation at their job. We ask for Your peace and comfort to be upon them. We ask that You guide the management's hearts to be understanding and fair. Help Varshan to continue to walk in integrity and truth, trusting in You every step of the way.
