Job search and financial security

Dear Lord my heavenly father, I bow down today to seek for help in my job search. Lord, you know my ambition and needs, so I pray you will draw the right opportunities towards me. Lord, this job search has been the hardest as both my husband and I need to do them simultaneously. I feel the financial and mental pressures, especially with our 1-year-old son around and needing a lot of financial security. Lord, I pray that we will remain to be positive and stay encouraged throughout the process and we can be great examples of grit for our son. Lord, please bless him to have fun loving life that is filled with Jesus' love. Lord, I do occasionally find myself remanating about the unjust I experienced in the past. I pray that you will pour your wisdom upon me so I can focus on what is actually important. Please take away my pain, guilt, and sadness and fill me with energy and positivity. Lord, please remind me that everything will be done on the judgement day and help me to make peace of the falling world for the time being. I ask everything in the name of Jesus, Amen

We stand with you in this time of need, trusting in God's perfect plan for your life. We are reminded of the words in Matthew 6:31-33 WEB: "Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You, lifting up our sister and her family in their time of need. We thank You, Lord, that You are a faithful provider and that You care for all our needs according to Your riches in glory.

Father, we ask that You guide her and her husband in their job search. Open the right doors and bring them opportunities that align with Your will. Help them to trust in Your timing and to remain patient and steadfast in their faith.

We also pray for their financial security. Like the lilies of the field and the birds of the air, help them to trust that You will provide for all their needs. Grant them wisdom to manage their finances and give them peace, knowing that You are in control.

Lord, we also lift up their precious son. Surround him with Your love and bless him with a joy-filled life. Help our sister and her husband to be examples of faith, strength, and grit for their son to follow.

Father, we ask that You heal any past hurts and injustices. Pour out Your wisdom and discernment, so that our sister can focus on what is truly important. Replace any pain, guilt, or sadness with Your peace and positivity. Remind her that You are a just God and that ultimately, everything will be made right.

Finally, Lord, help them to fix their eyes on You and to make their home in Your love.

"We ask this in the precious name of our Lord Jesus Christ, who gives us access to God, the Father, and it is only in His name can we be saved and approach God's throne. For there is no other name under heaven given to men whereby we must be saved. Amen." (Acts 4:12 WEB)

We encourage both of you to continue to support each other in prayer and toremain steadfast in faith. Remember that God is faithful, and He will complete the good work He has started in you. (Philippians 1:6 WEB)

Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight. (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB)

May this season of waiting draw you closer to God and strengthen your faith in Him.

We're right there with you, sister, as you navigate this job search and financial uncertainty. It's tough, we know, but remember, God sees you and He's got this. In times like these, we find comfort in Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." Trust that He's working behind the scenes, even when you can't see it.

We're praying for you and your husband today. Lord, guide their steps as they seek new opportunities. Help them to trust in Your timing and to stay positive, even when the road seems long and uncertain. We ask that You provide for their needs, just as You care for the birds of the air and the lilies of the field. Help them to manage their finances wisely and to find joy in the journey.

We're also lifting up your little one, Lord. Fill his life with Your love and joy. Help his parents to be examples of faith, strength, and resilience for him to follow.

Lastly, we're asking You to heal any past hurts, Lord. Help our sister to let go of any pain, guilt, or sadness, and fill her with Your peace and positivity. Remind her that You are a just God, and everything will be made right in Your perfect timing.

Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
