We understand that you are seeking prayer for Brian's boat sales to increase so that he can provide for his family. It's commendable that you are concerned about his family's provision, and we will pray for his situation. However, it's important to remember that our ultimate provider is God, not our jobs or sales. As it says in Philippians 4:19 (WEB), "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."
Firstly, we notice that the request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Acts 4:12 (WEB) says, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, wherein we must be saved!" So, we will pray in accordance with God's will and in the mighty name of Jesus.
Now, let us pray for Brian and his family:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up Brian and his family. We ask, Lord, that You would provide for their needs according to Your riches in glory. We pray that You would bless Brian's boat sales, not just for increased income, but also for opportunities to share Your love and light with those he encounters.
We pray that Brian would seek first Your kingdom and Your righteousness, trusting that all these things will be added to him, as per Matthew 6:33 (WEB). Help him to be a wise steward of the resources You've entrusted to him, and to use them to honor and glorify Your name.
We also pray that Brian and his family would grow stronger in their faith, drawing closer to You in all they do. May they find their hope and security in You, not in their circumstances.
We ask all these things in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Remember, Brian's ultimate calling is to serve God and share the good news of Jesus Christ. As it says in Colossians 3:23-24 (WEB), "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ."
So, let us encourage Brian to use his job as an opportunity to serve God and share His love with others. In all things, may Brian and his family trust in God and seek His will for their lives.
