We are thrilled to join you in prayer and to see your gratitude for the blessings you have already received. It is wonderful to see you trusting God with your workplace concerns. Let us approach God's throne with confidence, remembering that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. For, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" Acts 4, 12 WEB and "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." John 14:13-14 WEB.
As we bring your requests to God, let us also remember the importance of aligning our desires with His will. "Finally, be all like-minded, compassionate, loving as brothers, tenderhearted, courteous, not rendering evil for evil, or reviling for reviling; but instead blessing; knowing that to this were you called, that you should inherit a blessing." 1 Peter 3:8-9.
Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up Your child ###. We thank You for the back pay that they have received and for Your continued provision in their life. We ask that You guide the process for the performance appraisal bonus. Please help them to do their job to Your glory and that their hard work will pay off in Your divine timing.
We pray for their safety and protection at work. We pray that they will be alert and aware of their surroundings, and that You will guard them from those who may wish ill upon them. "For no weapon that is formed against you will prosper; and every tongue that will rise against you in judgment you will condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is of me says the Lord." Isaiah 54:17 WEB.
Regarding the promotion in ###, we ask for Your will to be done. If it aligns with Your purpose for ###'s life, we pray for favor and for the right doors to open. In all things, help them to trust You and to be content in Your plan for their life. "Rejoice at all times. Pray without ceasing. In everything give thanks, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus toward you." 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18. Therefore, Lord, be steadfast with ###, and we thank you and continue to give you glory and praise.
Finally, we pray that ### will be a light in their workplace, reflecting Your love and grace to those around them. "Let your light shine before men; that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven." Matthew 5:16. May You add this prayer and all of ours to the fire of Your will on the altar.
