We understand that you are seeking prayer for your current internship to lead to a full-time job offer. While we will pray for God's will to be done in your life, we want to remind you that God's plan for you is always better than ours. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.
Firstly, we notice that Jesus was not mentioned. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. We should pray in Jesus' name in order for God to hear us. Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. As we pray together, let us remember to do so in Jesus' name, as there is no other name by which we can be saved. And in none other is there salvation: for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, wherein we must be saved.
Now, let us pray for your situation. Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you today in the name of Jesus to lift up the one who has submitted this request. Lord, you know the desires of their heart, and you have a plan for their life. We pray that if it is your will, that the company they are interning with will see the value and potential in them, and offer them a full-time position in Jesus name.
We also pray that they will trust in you, Lord, and that they would strive to do their best in their current role. Help them to be a light for you in their workplace. We know that you will guide their steps and bring about the best for their life, whether that is with this company or somewhere else. Help them to see Jesus more and keep him at the center of everything they do. In Jesus name, we pray.
Remember, that whatever happens, God is in control. Trust in him, and he will direct your paths. Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
We also encourage you to examine your motives. Are you trusting in God or are you trusting in your own efforts? Seek to please God at work and He will reward you. Whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks through Him to God the Father.
We will be praying for you, and remember to keep Jesus at the center of everything you do. Be open to God's will for your life, and he will bless you and guide your steps.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
