Firstly, we commend your ambition and desire for progress in your career. We are reminded of Colossians 3:23-24 WEB, "Whatever you do, work at it with your whole being, as to the Lord, and not to men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ." It is essential to maintain a godly work ethic and give your best in all that you do.

However, we must also remember the words of Ecclesiastes 4:6 WEB, "Better is a handful, quietness, than two handfuls with labor and chasing after wind." While it is natural to desire a better income, we should not let the pursuit of wealth consume us. Trust that God will provide for your needs according to His riches in glory (Philippians 4:19 WEB).

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ to lift up Eve R. We thank You for their current employment and the opportunities You have placed before them. We pray that You will guide their steps and grant them wisdom in pursuing this promotion. Help them to maintain a godly work ethic and to be a light in their workplace. If it is Your will, open the doors for this new position and provide the salary increase they desire. However, above all, help them to trust in Your provision and to be content in all circumstances. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lastly, we want to encourage you to continue seeking God's will in your life. Trust that He has a plan and purpose for you (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB). Keep your focus on Him, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB). Remember that it is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to God, and it is only through His name that we can be saved (Acts 4:12 WEB).

Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness.
