We understand that you're facing disrespect in your workplace and you're seeking justice. First, we want to remind you that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the world rulers of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. Ephesians 6:12 WEB.
We must remember that God wants us to forgive and pray for those who mistreat us. Jesus said, "You have heard that it was said, 'You shall love your neighbor and hate your enemy.' But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you," Matthew 5:43-44 WEB.
Instead of seeking karma or revenge, let's pray that God changes their hearts and fills them with respect and kindness. Let's also pray for your protection and for God's will to be done in this situation.
Heavenly Father, we come before you in Jesus' name to lift up our brother/sister who is facing disrespect in the workplace. We pray that you would change the hearts of those who are mistreating them, filling them with Your love, respect, and kindness. We ask for Your protection over our brother/sister, and we pray they would have a safe and peaceful environment to work in. We ask they would have a servant's heart and attitude in the workplace as Christ did in serving You. Help them to do their job well but also in a way that they would be shining the light of Jesus to others around them. We ask that You would give them wisdom and discernment in handling this difficult situation, and that Your will be done. We also ask that You would remove any feelings of anger, resentment, or bitterness from their heart, and fill them with Your love and forgiveness in Jesus' name.
We also encourage you to examine your own heart and actions, ensuring that you're treating others with kindness, respect, and love in the workplace. Remember, "Whatever you would like men to do to you, do so to them; for this is the law and the prophets." Matthew 7:12. Also, remember Jesus came to serve and gave His life as a ransom for sinners. This means we should humble ourselves in the workplace. "But it shall not be so among you. But whoever would become great among you shall be your servant. Whoever would be first among you shall be your bondservant," Matthew 20:26-27.
Lastly, we want to remind you that it's only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God and that it is only in the name of Jesus that we can be saved. For there is no other name by which we must be saved.
