Job protection and problem to be resolved

Pray that God will pour his mercy and compassion on me, I have been jobless due to disability in sitting on office chair for 4 years, recently I got a job but I got covid from my boss in the 3rd week of work and then I was forced and challenged to work at home during sickness of covid, and now new problem of forcing an employee to start working before the start date of the work visa, being stuck that the employee refused the sign the employment contract and I am being blamed of, I cannot force someone to sign contract and I cannot to force immigration to approve visa asap. Pray that God will intervene into this situation and move these people to get it resolved itself, I would like to commit this to God completely, so that no more insomnia and I can sleep for covid recovery. In Jesus' name. AMEN!
