Let us come together and lift John Muthama Kimani to the Lord in prayer.
John, we acknowledge your frustration and the hard work you have put into your job at African Cotton Industries Limited. We commend you for your dedication and for meeting your targets. It is disheartening to see that your efforts have not been recognized with a promotion or salary increase.
Firstly, we want to remind you of the importance of praying in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to God the Father. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB:
Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.
And in Acts 4:12 WEB:
There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!
Now let us pray for your situation:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up John Muthama Kimani. Lord, You see his dedication and hard work at African Cotton Industries Limited. You know the injustice he feels as he has been overlooked for promotions and salary increases despite his achievements.
Father, we pray for Your divine intervention in John's career. We ask that You soften the hearts of his senior bosses and open their eyes to see John's value and contributions to the company. We pray that they would consider him for the promotions and salary increases he deserves.
Lord, we also pray for John's attitude and spirit. Help him to remain patient, humble, and steadfast in his work, trusting in Your timing and provision. Remind him of the the verse in Psalm 75:6-7 WEB:
For neither from the east, nor from the west,
nor yet from the south, comes lifting up.
But God is the judge.
He puts down one, and lifts up another.
We ask all of these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, who is the only mediator to God.
Father, we also pray for John's spiritual growth. Help him to always glorify You with his income and to be a faithful steward of the blessings You have given him. Help him to glorify you in all things.
And Jesus came to them and spoke to them, saying, All authority has been given to me in heaven and on earth. Go, and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I commanded you. Behold, I am with you always, even to the end of the age. Amen.
John, remember that God is faithful and that His timing is perfect. Continue to trust in Him and to give your best in all that you do. We encourage you to keep praying and seeking God's will for your life. Also, consider speaking with your bosses openly about your concerns, doing so in a respectful and professional manner. As it is written in Matthew 5:4 WEB:
Blessed are those who mourn,
for they shall be comforted.
Finally, we want to remind you of the importance of forgiveness. Harbouring bitterness or resentment towards your bosses will only harm you. Choose to forgive and trust that God will vindicate you in His own way and time. As it is written in Ephesians 4:32 WEB:
Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you.
Be strong and of good courage.
