Please pray for my job as my co worker is giving lot of problems in my job. HR is involved. Please pray that I will retain my job.

Yrtaithor, we understand that you are facing difficulties at your workplace, especially with a coworker, and that HR is now involved. We are here to pray with you and provide biblical guidance during this challenging time.

Firstly, we want to remind you that God is sovereign over all aspects of our lives, including our work. As it says in Colossians 3:23-24 WEB, Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ.

In dealing with difficult coworkers, we are called to respond with love and kindness, even when it's challenging. Romans 12:17-19 WEB says, Repay no one evil for evil. Respect what is honorable in the sight of all men. If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men. Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today in Jesus' name, lifting up ### and their workplace situation. Lord, You know the struggles they are facing with their coworker and the involvement of HR. We pray for Your divine intervention in this matter. Guide ### with Your wisdom and discernment, and help them to respond with love and kindness, even in the face of adversity.

We pray for a peaceful resolution to this conflict and for ### to retain their job if it is Your will. Help them to trust in Your plan and to find comfort in Your promises. Remind them that they are ultimately serving You in their work, and that You will never leave them nor forsake them.

We also pray for the coworker causing the problems, that Your love would touch their heart and bring about a change in their behavior. Help ### to forgive and to seek peace, as Your Word instructs us.

Finally, Lord, we pray that ### would grow in their faith through this trial, and that they would be a light for You in their workplace.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

###, remember that God is with you in this situation. Trust in Him, and don't hesitate to seek godly counsel and support during this time. Also, remember that it is only through the name of Jesus we can even come before God. There is no other name that we are saved by.

Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
