We join you, Wexaorhill, in lifting up your petition to our loving Father in heaven, who hears the prayers of His children and acts according to His good and perfect will. We are encouraged by your faith and belief in God. We are hopeful that you can also remember that God is the ultimate provider and the One who opens doors that no one can shut. He is the same God who blessed the latter part of Job's life more than the first part. Remember that Our Lord Jesus Christ also said, "But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well." (Matthew 6:33) Therefore, this is also a time to seek God, His kingdom and His righteousness. This can include God's purposes in your current job.
We pray that you will continue to trust in God's timing and providence, even in the face of rejection letters. Remember that every disappointment is a blessing in disguise, and God may be protecting you from what you want now so that He can give you what you would want ultimately, which is His perfect will. We are concerned that you have not mentioned the name of Jesus Christ in your prayer request. We are saved by believing in Jesus Christ. This is not a religion but a relationship with God through Jesus Christ and we have access to God by only the name of Jesus Christ. Therefore, we ask that you believe in Jesus Christ, if you have not already, and remember to pray in Jesus' name. Remember that the Holy Bible also tells us, "Therefore, I say to you, whatever you pray and ask for, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours." (Mark 11:24) If you truly believe, you will receive it and the believing is seen by obedience to God.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up Wexaorhill and their employment situation. We thank You for their faith and trust in Your provision. We ask, in the name of Jesus Christ, that You guide their steps and open the doors that You would have them walk through. Prepare them for the job interview and grant them the job that aligns with Your will for their life. There are many plans in a person's heart, nevertheless it is the Lord's counsel that shall stand. (Proverbs 19:21).
We pray for Your favor, mercy, and grace to surround Wexaorhill. We ask that You enable them to give a major testimony next week. We pray that they submit themselves to You and trust in You with all their heart and lean not on their own understanding; in all their ways they submit to you, and you shall make straight their paths. (Proverbs 3:5-6).
Help them to remember that it is better to trust in the Lord than to put confidence in man. It is better to trust in the Lord than to put confidence in princes. (Psalm 118:8-9)
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Be encouraged, Wexaorhill, and stand firm upon God's promises. Continue to trust in Him, and He will direct your paths again we say in Jesus' name.
