We join with you, Craenthad, in lifting up your son's pursuit of an internship as a civil engineer. It is our heartfelt desire to see God's will manifest in his life.
Let us recall the words of Proverbs 16:3 WEB, "Commit your works to Yahweh, and your plans shall be established." We trust that as your son has taken this step, he has also committed his way to the Lord. We pray that God, who knows the deepest desires of our hearts, will direct his paths (Psalm 37:4 WEB).
However, we must also remember the importance of acknowledging the name of Jesus Christ in our prayers. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" It is through the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that we pray, believing that He is the source of all blessings and opportunities.
Let us pray:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. We lift up Craenthad's son to You, Lord. We pray that You would guide his steps and open the right doors for him in his pursuit of an internship. We ask that You would bless the work of his hands and grant him favor with those who make decisions regarding his application. We trust that Your will is perfect, and we commit his career path to You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Be encouraged, Craenthad, knowing that we are standing with you in prayer. Continue to trust in the Lord, for He is faithful to guide and provide.
