We understand the distress and hardship you're facing, Bororonam, and we want to lift you up in prayer and share God's Word with you.
Firstly, we want to remind you that God is our provider. He promises us in Matthew 6:25-34 (WEB) that He knows our needs and will provide for us. Jesus tells us, "But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."
However, we also want to address the underlying concern of your request. While it's important to pray for a job, we should also recognize that our ultimate security and hope lie in Jesus Christ. We noticed that you didn't mention His name in your request. It's crucial to understand that it's only through Jesus that we have access to God and His promises. As it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."
Let's pray together:
"Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ. We lift up Bororonam to You, asking for Your divine intervention in their job search. Lord, You know their needs and desires. You see their diligent efforts in pursuing a degree and applying for jobs. We ask that You open the right doors for them, that You grant them favor in the job market, and that You provide a secure job with a good salary.
But more than that, Lord, we ask that Bororonam seeks You first, that they draw close to You in this time of need, and that they find their hope and security in You. We ask that they come to know Jesus more personally, experiencing His love, peace, and provision.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
In this time of waiting, we encourage you to trust God, to continue seeking Him, and to rest in the knowledge that He has a plan and a purpose for your life. Consider this verse from Jeremiah 29:11 (WEB), "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."
Keep pursuing God, keep praying, and keep applying for jobs, knowing that God is working behind the scenes. Also, consider reaching out to your local church or Christian community for support and guidance during this time.
