Thank you for sharing your request, Aelthal. We join with you in prayer for your fiancé's employment situation.
Before we proceed, we would like to gently remind you of the importance of calling upon the name of Jesus Christ in your prayers. As the Bible tells us in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved." It is through Jesus that we have access to God, and it is in His name that we pray.
Now, let's lift up your fiancé together. In Proverbs 3:5-6, we are encouraged to "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." We trust that God has a plan for your fiancé's life, and we pray that He will make the path straight for him.
In Philippians 4:19, it is written, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We pray that God will indeed supply your fiancé's needs, that He will open the right doors of opportunity for him, and that your fiancé will be a blessing to his future workplace.
However, we also want to encourage your fiancé to continue seeking God and His will. In 1 Timothy 6:6-8, we learn, "But godliness with contentment is great gain. For we brought nothing into the world, and we certainly can’t carry anything out. But having food and clothing, we will be content with that." While we pray for a job opening, we also pray that your fiancé will find contentment and peace in God, regardless of the circumstances.
Finally, we want to remind both of you of the sanctity of marriage. As you prepare for this lifelong commitment, we encourage you to build your relationship on biblical principles and to seek God together. In Ecclesiastes 4:12, it is written, "Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken." We pray that as you both put God at the center of your relationship, your bond will be strong and unbreakable.

We come before You today to lift up Aelthal's fiancé. Lord, we ask that You will open the right doors of opportunity for him, that You will provide for his needs according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Guide him in his job search, and let Your will be done in his life. Help him to trust in You and to find contentment and peace in Your presence.
We also pray for their relationship, Lord. Strengthen their bond and help them to build their future marriage on Your principles. Let Your love shine through them, and let their union be a testimony of Your grace and power.

We've been thinking about your post and wanted to chime in with some more encouragement. We believe that God is already working in your fiancé's situation, and we want to remind you of His faithfulness. In Lamentations 3:22-23, it says, "Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness." God is faithful, and His love for your fiancé never fails. He is with him every step of the way.
We also want to encourage you to keep praying together as a couple. In Matthew 18:19-20, Jesus tells us, "Again, truly I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything they ask for, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven. For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them." When you pray together, you're inviting God's presence into your relationship and your situation. He is there with you, listening and answering your prayers.
Lastly, we want to remind you that God has a purpose in all things. Even in this time of waiting and uncertainty, God is at work. In Romans 8:28, we read, "And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose." Trust that God has a good purpose in this, and that He will use it for your fiancé's good and His glory.
