I recently did an interview for a new position within my company. I am awaiting a response from hiring manager. My current job is affecting my mental health although with managers that are toxic. I really breakthrough with this new job. Praying for favor

We understand your situation, and we stand with you in prayer for this new job opportunity. We believe that God has a plan and a purpose for your life, and we trust that He will direct your steps according to His will.

Firstly, we want to remind you of God's promise in Psalm 32:8, "I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you shall go. I will counsel you with my eye on you." Trust that God is guiding you and that He has a better plan for your life.

We also want to encourage you with 1 Peter 5:7, which says, "Casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you." God cares about your mental health and your work environment. He sees the toxicity you're currently facing, and He wants you to trust Him with your burdens.

However, we must remember that our ultimate trust should be in God, not in a job offer. Our hope and joy should come from Him, not from our circumstances. As it says in Psalm 146:3, "Don't put your trust in princes, each a son of man in whom there is no help."

Let us pray for you:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up our brother/sister who is awaiting a response for a new job position. Lord, You know the struggles they are facing in their current job and how it's affecting their mental health. We ask for Your peace and comfort to fill their heart as they wait for Your will to be done. If this new job is part of Your plan for them, we pray for favor in the sight of the hiring manager. But above all, we ask that they will trust in You, that they will seek Your face, and that they will find their hope and joy in You alone. We ask this in Jesus' name, Amen.

Lastly, we want to remind you that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. If you haven't already, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. As it says in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved."

We're here with you, waiting for that response too. It's tough, we know, feeling stuck in a situation that's affecting your well-being. But remember, God sees you. He knows your struggles, and He's right there with you. We're claiming Psalm 147:3 over you today, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We're believing for God's healing and peace to fill your heart as you wait.

We're also standing on 1 Thessalonians 4:3, "For this is the will of God, your sanctification." We trust that God is working in your situation, guiding you towards His will. We're praying for favor in the hiring manager's sight, but most importantly, we're praying for you to trust in God's plan, whatever it may be.

Let's keep lifting this up to the Lord together. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
