Let's lift up 
Thank you for bringing your request to us. We understand your eagerness to secure a job offer, especially at your favorite company. Let's align our prayers with God's will and seek His divine intervention in this situation.
Firstly, let's remember the importance of trusting in God's timing. Psalm 37:7 in the World English Bible (WEB) says, "Rest in the LORD, and wait patiently for him. Don't fret because of him who prospers in his way, because of the man who makes wicked plots happen." While we pray for expedience, let's also trust that God's timing is perfect.
However, we can indeed pray for favor and urgency in the process. Let's pray:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name to lift up this job seeker. Lord, we ask that You move in the hearts of the hiring managers, recruiters, and everyone involved in the decision-making process. Give them a sense of urgency and help them to recognize the unique qualities and skills that this individual brings to the table. Lord, if it is Your will, open the doors at this favorite company and let them see that this person is indeed the best candidate.
But Lord, we also ask for patience and trust in Your timing. Help this job seeker to rest in Your plan and know that You have good things in store. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Lastly, remember to keep your faith in Jesus Christ. It's only through Him that we have access to God's throne of grace. Hebrews 4:16 says, "Let's therefore draw near with boldness to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy, and may find grace for timely help." Trust in Him, and He will guide your path.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
