We ask that You will guide the hearts and minds of the hiring managers, recruiters, and everyone involved in the decision-making process. Lord, if it is Your will, please open the doors for this applicant at their favorite company. Help them to stand out as an excellent candidate, showcasing the skills and talents You have blessed them with.
However, Lord, if this is not the right opportunity, we trust that You have something even better in store. Please give them patience, peace, and clarity as they navigate this process. above all, help them to trust in Your perfect timing and plan for their life.

Colossians 3:23-24 (WEB) says, "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward.
