Job-Offer & Negotiations: May Counter Offer Be Accepted, Favor Ps 5:12

I am asking for negotiating favor, Ps 5:12. Have a company very interested in hiring me (3 Interviews), in fact sent me offer, but straight commission... I counter-offered asking for a small base salary of $10-12 per hour plus half the money they would pay an appointment setter if I set my own appointments (instead of the setter). I don't think it's too big of an ask but I haven't heard back from them. It was their Friday night so very good chance of praying for God to work on Jake and Rose over the weekend make this a reality. There are a lot of things we do that are work done for the company but not (commissionable) selling -- (Meetings, Emails, Requests for Proposals, Calling Leads, Converting Leads into Opportunities, TRAINING, doing all this on a computer, etc. I ask for favor with this position OR another company that will give me what I am requesting. I don't need PTO, Insurance or 401K (but will take them if offered). Just paid training, a small hourly and some spiff for setting my own appointments (that will actually save them money). Father, we ask that You provide our brother with a job that not only meets his financial needs but also allows him to use his gifts and talents to serve You. We pray that this company will see the value he brings and agree to his reasonable requests. If this is the opportunity that he is to be in, then align the details so it clearly demonstrates Your favor and blessing. If not, then we pray for clear direction to the right opportunity. We trust in Your will and timing, Lord, In Jesus' name. Amen.

We encourage you to remain steadfast in faith and trust in God's plan for your life. Remember the words of Proverbs 3 5,6 WEB: "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."

We also remind you of the promise in Romans 8 28 WEB: "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." God has a plan and a purpose for you, and He will direct your steps as you trust in Him.

Lastly, we leave you with the words of Colossians 3 23,24 WEB: "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ." Whatever the outcome, continue to work diligently, knowing that your ultimate reward comes from the Lord.
