We are grateful to stand with you in prayer, Monica, and we appreciate your faith in bringing these requests before God. We will address each of your concerns and pray according to God's will.
Firstly, we pray for your teacher recruitment deployment. Remember that God's timing is perfect, and He has a plan for your life. As it is written in Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB: "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." So we pray that if it is God's will, you will be deployed, and that ultimately, His plan for your career will prevail.
You did not mention the name of Jesus Christ in your prayer request. Then we pray for this first in our response to any request though it was not previously specified. Prayer to God must be in the name of Jesus to be heard by God. The Bible says in John 14:6 "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." Also, Acts 4:12 declares "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
We are pleased hear that you are praying for a successful marriage with your husband Percy Kaluba, that he will strengthen that marriage by visiting your family and having successful interactions in January, if the Lord is willing so it will be. God's design for marriage is beautiful and sacred, and we pray that your union will be a testimony of God's love and faithfulness. As it is told in Ecclesiastes 4:9-12 WEB, "Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their labor. For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow; but woe to him who is alone when he falls, and doesn't have another to lift him up. Again, if two lie together, then they have warmth; but how can one keep warm alone? If a man prevails against one who is alone, two shall withstand him; and a threefold cord is not quickly broken." Remember that a successful marriage requires commitment, love, and obedience to God's principles.
Concerning the fruit of the womb, we pray that God will bless you and your sister Prisca Chala according to His will. As written Psalm 127:3-5 WEB: Behold, children are a heritage of Yahweh. The fruit of the womb is his reward. As arrows in the hand of a mighty man, so are the children of youth. Happy is the man who has his quiver full of them. They won't be disappointed when they speak with their enemies in the gate." Remember that children are a blessing from God, and He knows the desires of your heart.
Regarding the prayer for financial breakthrough, remember that God is our provider, and He knows our needs. We encourage you look to Him and trust in His provision. As told in Matthew 6:25-33 WEB: "Therefore, I tell you, don't be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn't life more than food, and the body more than clothing? See the birds of the sky, that they don't sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren't you of much more value than they? And who of you by being anxious, can add one moment to his lifespan? Why are you anxious about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow. They don't toil, neither do they spin, yet I tell you that even Solomon in all his glory was not dressed like one of these. But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today exists, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, won't he much more clothe you, you of little faith? Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."
Finally, we leave you with this encouragement from Philippians 4:6-7 WEB: "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
Let's pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Monica Kazembe and her family. We pray for Your will to be done in her teacher recruitment deployment, her marriage with Percy Kaluba, and the blessing of children for both her and her sister Prisca Chala. We also pray for a financial breakthrough for their family. Help them withstand temptation with patience as they faithfully wait for Your answers to their prayer requests. Please do not let them get weary in prayer as they supplicate to You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen. IJN
