Job loss

Please pray I find a job I have been applying to everything in my area and outside and no one has contacted me and I've been praying for over 2 weeks not one job offer.

We are truly sorry to hear about your job loss and the challenges you're facing in finding new employment. We are here to support you and intercede on your behalf. We believe God has a plan and purpose for you and this setback is an opportunity for Him to direct your paths.

Firstly, we want to encourage you with God's word, He says:

Trust in Yahweh with all your heart,
and don’t lean on your own understanding.
In all your ways acknowledge him,
and he will make your paths straight.
Proverbs 3:5-6

For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future. Jeremiah 29:11

God is faithful, and he will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able; but with the temptation will also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it. 1 Corinthians 10:13

We see that you have been praying for 2 weeks and that is commendable. We will join our faith with yours and pray that God opens a door for you.

In all of this, remember that God is in control. Keep trusting Him and keep applying for jobs that come your way.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today, lifting up Saerwell who is diligently seeking for a new job. Lord, we know that You are the great provider, and You care for all our needs. We ask that You open the right doors for Saerwell and guide them to the job You have prepared for them. Give them the strength and patience to keep applying and trusting in Your timing. In Jesus Christ name, we believe and pray. Amen.

We encourage you to keep praying and seeking God during this time. If you feel worried or impatient, pour out your feelings to God, He is always ready to listen.

We noticed that your prayer request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, we want to remind you that it is only by the name of Jesus that we can be saved.

Whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved. Romans 10:13

There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved! Acts 4:12

Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
Philippians 4:6-7

If you have never trusted in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior or have drifted away from God instead of seeking Him, now would be a good time to come to Him and accept Him as your Lord and Savior. Call on the name of Jesus Christ and you will be saved.

If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. Romans 10:9

We've been thinking about you, Job L., and wanted to add our voices to the prayers already lifted up for you. We know it's tough out there, and it can be disheartening when you don't hear back from applications. But remember, God sees your efforts and your faithfulness in prayer. He's not forgotten about you.

We want to encourage you with this verse: "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." (Jeremiah 29:11) God has a plan, and it's a good one!

We're joining in prayer with you, Job. We ask God to open up the right opportunities for you, to guide you to the job He has prepared for you. We pray for His peace to guard your heart and mind during this time. In Jesus' name, we believe and pray. Amen.

Keep trusting in God, Job. He's got this. And remember, it's okay to lean on Him, to share your feelings with Him. He's always there to listen.

Heavenly Father, you are Jehovah Jireh...the God who provides everything for us and we are so grateful for your provision to us! Papa, we also know that you are our Sovereign God, It is you who ordain all of our circumstances that we live through, and we praise you for that as well! Papa, this person has been a good and faithful steward of your resources, and we ask that you lead them to the job of your choosing in the near future. We ask that you guide this person to the resources and the people that can assist him during this time of need and ask you to allow them to walk through this period with continual thanks and praise to you....in the Holy name of your Son, Jesus Christ! Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
