We are truly sorry to hear about the job loss and the stress it has caused your family. Remember that God is your provider and that He will never leave nor forsake you, as it says in Hebrews 13:5 WEB: "...Be content with what you have, for he has said, 'I will in no way leave you, neither will I in any way forsake you.'"
In times of uncertainty, it's crucial to trust in the Lord and His promises. Psalm 37:25 WEB reminds us: "I have been young, and now am old, yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his children begging for bread." God will provide for your needs according to His riches and glory. Matthew 6:25-34 WEB tells us:
"Therefore, I tell you, don't be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn't life more than food, and the body more than clothing? See the birds of the sky, that they don't sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren't you of much more value than they? 'Which of you, by being anxious, can add one moment to his lifespan? Why are you anxious about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow. They don't toil, neither do they spin, yet I tell you that even Solomon in all his glory was not dressed like one of these. But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today exists, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, won't he much more clothe you, you of little faith? Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore don't be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day's own evil is sufficient."
It's commendable that your husband is actively seeking work. He should continue to do so with diligence, as it says in 2 Thessalonians 3:10 WEB: "For even when we were with you, we commanded you this: 'If anyone is not willing to work, neither let him eat.'"
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up Waessarr and her family. Lord, You know their needs and the struggles they are facing. We pray that You would open the doors for her husband to find a suitable job soon. Provide for their needs according to Your riches and glory. Help them to trust in You and Your promises. Give them strength and wisdom to navigate this challenging time. Protect their home and all that they have worked for. In Jesus name, we pray.
We encourage you both to continue seeking God's will in prayer and in His Word. Trust that He has a plan and a purpose for your family during this time. Also, do not neglect the spiritual needs of your family. Continue to train your children up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord. Lastly, we are praying for you as you prayed to God to guide you. Remember that it is only by the name Jesus that we have access to God.
