Job loss

Please pray for my son as he lost his job yesterday! Really difficult times as I mentioned yesterday his insomnia, loss of his wife and special needs daughter! He has lower back issues infant syndrome trauma and is taking g opioids for pain! Now the loss of his job! Sometimes it’s difficult to be strong in faith, to trust and believe things will be ok! I’m on pension and with rent utilities not much room for groceries! God is faithful but at times it’s hard to have joy! Please pray for the Hand of the Lord to help through these difficult times! tenlyrr

We are truly sorry to hear about your son's job loss and the multiple challenges he is facing, the passing of his wife, his special needs daughter, insomnia and lower back issues with chronic pain.. We will stand with you in prayer and offer some biblical encouragement. Firstly, we want to remind you that God is always with us, even in the most difficult times. As it says in Psalm 34:18 WEB

The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. We encourage you and your son to draw near to God in this time of need, knowing that He hears your prayers and cares for you deeply. As Christians we need to take courage in the battle and conflict that is the problem at hand. The battle is real, whether it is physical pain, illness, or difficult circumstances. We are called to endure and that endurance should be spiritual. We do this through our walk with Jesus and knowing we are in communion or prayer with him. Also, when it comes to pain, God brings this comfort:
Matthew 11:28 WEB: "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest."

Concerning lower back issues there is a direct attack by the devil trying to incapacitate Christians and burden them so they think less of Jesus. The pain makes it difficult to think and to concentrate. For this, we need prayer to eliminate the pain and to take control in Jesus' name over this attempted attack. We need to exercise the power Jesus gave us and take God's authority. We need to directly rebuke the devil and the pain he is causing. And taking authority over the need for the opioids can be accomplished when condemning the devil's cause for them. We may find that much of the pain is spiritual rather than physical. Fear then too is not knowing the power Jesus has given us.

Regarding issues of sleep, in Psalm 3:5 WEB

I laid myself down and slept. I awakened; for Yahweh sustains me. That we are sustained and will awaken suggests not dependent on drugs for sleep. Matthew 9:29 "Then touched he their eyes, saying, According to your faith be it unto you”, suggests our healing is based on our faith. Faith in spiritual healing and rebuking the devil is the solution, just as Paul rebuked the devil to free a person from spirit possession. There is definitely a spiritual possession with this sleep issue causing problems sleeping and should be dealt with accordingly.

As for your son's faith and trust in God, we want to share these powerful words from Romans 8:38-39 WEB:

For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
This means God's love and care for us are constant, no matter what we face.

We encourage your son to 1) hold firm to the belief that in Christ things will get better and 2) to hold firm to God's Word which is always true. We also recommend that he take time to reflect on God's many blessings in your life, and thank Him even regarding this situation.

We encourage your son to turn his faith to Jesus in Jesus Name, as it says in Acts 4:12 WEB
Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is no other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved.

As for mentioning The Hand of the Lord, again in Jesus' Name, you need to call on Jesus. Make sure you know and believe Jesus is Lord and scripture says (Romans 10:9-10 WEB) "that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation."

Regarding unemployment, we pray that God will open new doors for your son and provide him with a job that not only meets his financial needs but also aligns with God's purposes for his life. As it says in Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB

Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.

We ask God to grant your son a full and complete healing from his lower back issues with pain and to address the causes in the name of Jesus. And to fully address the issues causing insomnia to have a sound and full night of sleep. We ask for God to provide the same through the Holy Spirit in the name of Jesus. In Jesus' Name, we pray that the insomnia is stopped and ends.

We ask you to kindly to intercede and take care of your special needs daughter. God is your assistance, he will never leave you or abandon you. Let the Lord work in your life to have your request for need met and your best interests well served. Remain connected to Jesus Christ, he is the sure way of victory. We advise you to visit the local church to share your with members of the church this way you'll receive the prophetic word of God, ministry and financial help. Seek the Lord’s will concerning the funds you require and make sure to recognize the contributions.

Heavenly Father, we lift up Tenlyrr and his son to You, asking for Your divine intervention in their lives. We pray for healing, restoration, and provision. We pray for a Job for his son is provided and able to have a roof over his head. And suitable food for the body likewise, may you fight for his son and have healing. Please help them to stay strong in faith and to trust in Your goodness. Lord, please hear our prayers and work miracles in their lives. We in particular request they take their trust and belief in the name of Jesus and anointing through the holy spirit. Confess, Jesus you are Lord and in our hearts believe in the name of Jesus have been raised from the dead. We in particular pray Tenlyrr and his family be saved if they have not already and to know and experience the Holy Spirit coming on the scene. Let's also pray for healing and peace for your son's back issues and insomnia. We claim Isaiah 53:5, "By his wounds we are healed," and 2 Timothy 1:7, "For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love and self-discipline."

We're also here for your special needs daughter. Let's pray that God will equip you with all you need to care for her, and that she will know His love and care deeply.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Heavenly Father, we lift up this son and his family during this season of profound difficulty and loss. You see the weight they are carrying—the loss of his job, the heartbreak of losing his wife, the challenges of parenting a special needs child, and the ongoing struggle with physical pain and emotional trauma. Lord, we pray for Your divine intervention, strength, and comfort to cover him and his family during these trying times.


Your Word promises us:

• “The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” (Psalm 34:18)
  Draw near to this son and his family, Lord. Let them feel Your presence surrounding them, offering solace and hope in the midst of their pain.

Father, we pray for provision in every area of need. Open doors for new opportunities, provide for their financial challenges, and ensure that their basic needs for food, shelter, and security are met. Your Word reminds us:

• “And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus.” (Philippians 4:19)
  We stand on this promise, trusting that You will provide in ways beyond what they can imagine.

Lord, we ask for healing—healing for his body from the back pain and trauma, healing for his heart from the wounds of loss, and healing for his spirit from the weight of despair. Your Word declares:

• “He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.” (Psalm 147:3)
  Bind up every wound in his life, Lord, and bring him into a place of renewal and restoration.

Father, we know how difficult it can be to trust and find joy during such dark times, yet we hold on to Your promise:

• “The joy of the Lord is your strength.” (Nehemiah 8:10)
  Renew their faith, Lord, and remind them that You are working all things for their good:
• “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.” (Romans 8:28)

Finally, Lord, we ask for wisdom and guidance for this family. Show them the next steps to take, provide the resources they need, and bring people into their lives who can offer support and encouragement. Fill them with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7), and remind them that You are faithful in every season.
