We understand that you're facing challenges at your workplace, Cerarey. We'll address this concern with you. Firstly, we must acknowledge and recognize God in this situation by going through Jesus Christ His Son to have access to the Father. In Christ alone are the blessings of the eternal and perfect side. If you know Jesus as your Lord and Savior this side is yours, If not, in John 3:16 WEB it says, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life." Then in John 14:6 it further states, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'"
First, we want to remind you that God is sovereign and He sees what is happening. In Isaiah 42:8 WEB, God says, "I am Yahweh. That is my name. I will not give my glory to another, nor my praise to engraved images." Know that He will not let your hard work go unnoticed for His glory. In Colossians 3:23-24 WEBO it is written, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ." Also, Romans 12:17-21 WEB tells us how we can handle unfair treatment as followers of Christ,
Return no one evil for evil. Respect what is honorable in the sight of all men. If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men. Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, "Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord." Therefore "If your enemy is hungry, feed him. If he is thirsty, give him a drink; for in doing so, you will heap coals of fire on his head." Don't be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.
We must pray for your current workplace and the difficulties you're facing. We should not be hasty to leave but instead trust in God. In I Corinthians 7:20-21 it states "Let each man stay in that calling in which he was called. were you called being a bondservant? Don't let that bother you, but if you get an opportunity to become free, use it." In James 1:2 and 3 we see how we can rejoice in our trials knowing that this produces patience in our trials. Also, I Thessalonians 5:18, we encourage to you to give thanks in everything.
Let's pray together:
Almighty God, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Cerarey. Lord, You see the injustices happening in the workplace. We pray for Your intervention, that You would expose the sneaky and unfair practices and bring them to an end. God will give Cerarey favor and grace to handle these challenges with wisdom in Jesus' Name. We do ask if it is Your will for his life Lord to open up new opportunities where Cerarey's skills and hard work will be appreciated and fairly compensated. We pray also help Cerarey to find joy and contentment in You, regardless of circumstances. Help Cerarey to come over this evil with good and to display your grace and mercy. We praise You that the will not let Cerarey hard work go unnoticed. We all pray for Your will to be done in Cerarey's life. These things we pray in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Amen.
