Let's come together in prayer and support for Jonathan, who is facing a crucial job interview tomorrow at 2 PM central time. We are grateful that he is a follower of Christ and has sought wisdom, favor, protection, and sound judgment for this important event.
Firstly, we acknowledge and thank God for our salvation in Jesus Christ. We have our access to God through Jesus only and no other.
Our prayers for Jonathan are based on the promises of God's word. In Psalm 32:8 WEB, it is written, "I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you shall go. I will counsel you with my eye on you." We trust that God will guide Jonathan's steps and words during this interview.
In Proverbs 2:6 WEB, we read, "For Yahweh gives wisdom. Out of his mouth comes knowledge and understanding." We pray that God will grant Jonathan the wisdom and understanding needed to excel in this interview, so that he may secure this job and provide for his family, especially his daughter who needs health insurance.
We also pray for protection against any schemes of the evil one who may try to disrupt this interview or cause Jonathan to stumble. In Ephesians 6:11 WEB, we are reminded to "Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil." We pray that Jonathan will be equipped with the full armor of God and stand firm against any adversity.
In Philippians 4:6-7 WEB, it is written, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." We pray that Jonathan will approach this interview with confidence and in Jesus name.
Additionally, we commend Jonathan for his faith and trust in God during this challenging time. We encourage him to continue seeking God's will and to remember that God has a plan and a purpose for his life. In Romans 8:28 WEB, we are assured that "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
