We are truly saddened to hear about the challenges you and your son are facing, Fyshaw. Let us join together in prayer and seek God's will for this situation.
Firstly, we commend you for praying in Jesus' name, as the Scripture tells us, "Whatever you may ask in my name, I will do it." (John 14:14 WEB). It is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to God's throne of grace, and it is in His name that we find salvation (Acts 4:12).
Let us pray:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Fyshaw and her son. Lord, they are hurting and in need of Your divine intervention. We ask that You would guide Fyshaw's son to a job that not only meets his needs but also aligns with Your will for his life. We pray for discernment, that he may avoid deceitful schemes, and for wisdom in managing his affairs.
Lord, we also lift up Fyshaw, who feels helpless in this situation. Comfort her heart, Lord, and provide for her and her son according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). Remind them both that You are a faithful provider, and that 'they who seek the Lord shall not lack any good thing' (Psalm 34:10 WEB).
We ask for peace that surpasses all understanding to guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Help them to trust in You, even in this trying time, knowing that 'all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose' (Romans 8:28 WEB).
In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen."
Fyshaw, in this time of uncertainty, hold onto God's promises. Continue to trust Him and encourage your son to do the same. Remind him of the importance of honest work (Colossians 3:23) and wise stewardship (Proverbs 27:12). Lastly, we encourage both of you to continue praying and seeking God's will together, for "the effective, earnest prayer of a righteous person accomplishes much" (James 5:16 WEB).
