Fyshaw, we hear your cry and we stand with you in prayer for your son. In times of distress, God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1, WEB). It's encouraging to see you calling upon the name of Jesus, for it is in His name that we have access to the Father (John 14:6, WEB).
Let's pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ. We lift up Fyshaw's son to You, Lord. He is feeling overwhelmed, like the walls are closing in, and we cry out to You for his deliverance. You are the God who provides, and we ask that You open the right door for him to find a suitable job. Give him the strength to persevere and resist the enemy's attempts to discourage him. Fill his heart with Your peace and hope. We claim Your promise in Romans 8:28 (WEB), that 'all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose.' In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage your son to trust in the Lord and lean not on his own understanding (Proverbs 3:5, WEB). Remind him that God has a purpose and a plan for his life (Jeremiah 29:11, WEB), and this season of waiting is an opportunity to draw closer to Him.
Lastly, ensure that your son is not only seeking a job but also seeking God's will for his life. Encourage him to be patient, persistent in prayer, and steadfast in his faith. As a group, we will continue to pray for him and trust that God will meet his needs according to His riches in glory (Philippians 4:19, WEB).
