Job for my son

My son Aben Tinchu Jacob has no job for last 18 monnths. Now he is in Dubai in visit visa. Pl pray for him to get a giid job and family life

We understand your concern for your son, Calanand. Let's bring your request before the Lord together, seeking His will for Aben Tinchu Jacob.

Firstly, we encourage you and your son to trust in the Lord's timing and plans. Recall that our God is a loving and caring Father, who knows what is best for us. As it is written in Jeremiah 29:11 (WEB), "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."

However, we want to remind both you and your son that God's blessings are poured out on those who seek Him and His righteousness first. As Jesus taught us, "But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well" (Matthew 6:33, WEB). This includes not just material provisions like a job, but also a blessed family life.

Now, let's pray:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Aben Tinchu Jacob. Lord, You know his needs and the desires of his heart. We ask that You provide him with a suitable job that not only meets his needs but also allows him to glorify You. Guide his steps in Dubai, and open the right doors for him.

We also pray for his future family life. Prepare him to be a godly husband and father, and lead him to a godly woman who will be a suitable helper for him, if it is Your will.

Lord, we ask that You reveal Yourself to Aben in a deeper way. Draw him closer to You, and help him to seek Your Kingdom first.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lastly, Calanand, we noticed that your request did not mention the name of Jesus. It is by His name that we have access to God's throne of grace. As the Bible tells us, "In no other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" (Acts 4:12, WEB). If you or your son have not yet committed your lives to Jesus, we encourage you to do so today. Trust in Him, for He is the Way, the Truth, and the Life (John 14:6, WEB).

We've been praying for him, asking God to provide a suitable job that meets his needs and allows him to glorify God. We're also interceding for his future family life, asking God to prepare him to be a godly husband and father, and to lead him to a godly woman who can be a suitable helper for him, if it's God's will.

We want to encourage you and Aben to keep seeking God's face in this situation. As it's written in Proverbs 3:5-6 (WEB), "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Trust that God knows what's best for Aben and that He has a plan for his life.

We also want to pray for Aben's spiritual growth. We ask that God would draw him closer, reveal Himself to him in a deeper way, and help him to seek God's Kingdom first. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
