Job for my son

Please pray for my 33 year old son Jacob, he interviewed for a job and they liked him and called him back, but they did a background check and showed he had a misdemeanor from two years ago. And a dui, he had pulled over to the side of the road and fell asleep but it didn’t matter he got a dui. He’s trying to change his life around and I’m praying they will give him a second chance. I’m praying God will have mercy and favor on him for this job.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up Karen's prayer request for her son Jacob. Lord, we thank you for the opportunity Jacob had to interview for a job and for the positive impression he made on the employers. However, we acknowledge that there are obstacles in his path due to his past mistakes.

Father, we ask for your mercy and favor to be upon Jacob during this time. We pray that you would touch the hearts of those conducting the background check and give them understanding and compassion. Help them to see the changes Jacob has made in his life and the sincere desire he has to turn his life around.

Lord, we know that you are a God of second chances and that you are able to open doors that no one can shut. We ask that you would intervene in this situation and grant Jacob the opportunity to prove himself in this job. May your favor go before him and pave the way for success.

We also pray for Jacob's continued growth and transformation. Strengthen him in his resolve to make positive choices and guide him on the path of righteousness. Surround him with supportive and encouraging people who will uplift and inspire him.

We thank you, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for your faithfulness. We trust in your perfect timing and know that you work all things together for the good of those who love you. May your will be done in Jacob's life, and may your name be glorified through his testimony of redemption and restoration.

I prayed in Jesus' name that God will answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

God cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks your heart. Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live, because I accepted Your Son, Jesus Christ, as my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Let the joy of the Lord be my strength. Protect me God from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
