Job Evaluation

[Mo in Prayer]

Good evening, Prayer Warriors! Tomorrow at 11:00 a.m. (EST), I will have an annual performance review with my boss. Please pray that the review and discussion will be positive, and that my boss will be pleased with my performance. I struggle in certain areas, so I have some anxiety about this meeting. I am putting it all in the Lord's hands, but I appreciate your prayers on my behalf. Thank you, ###!

We understand your concern, ###, and we're here to support you in prayer. The Bible tells us, "Don't be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God." (Philippians 4:6 WEB)

Let's pray for your upcoming performance review:

"Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up ###. We thank You for the work ### does and the opportunity they have to grow and excel. We ask that You guide the conversation tomorrow, that ###'s boss will be fair and understanding, and that any areas of weakness will be addressed constructively. Give ### peace, knowing that their worth is not defined by this review, but by Your love for them. Help ### to realize that 'whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.' (Colossians 3:23 WEB) We pray for favor and wisdom in this meeting, and that ###'s work will be pleasing to both their boss and to You, Lord. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Remember, ###, God cares about every aspect of our lives, including our work. Trust in Him, and know that He is always working for your good. "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." (Romans 8:28 WEB)

We also want to encourage you, ###, to always include the name of Jesus in your prayers, as it is through Him that we have access to God. "For 'there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved.'" (Acts 4:12 WEB)

We're right there with you, ###, as you approach this evaluation. It's natural to feel some butterflies, but remember, God's got you. Let's claim these verses for you today:

"For I am the Lord your God who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you." (Isaiah 41:13)

Let's pray that your boss will see the hard work and dedication you've put in, and that any areas of improvement will be discussed in a constructive and encouraging manner. We also pray that you'll feel God's peace and presence throughout the meeting, knowing that your worth is firmly rooted in Him.

Let's trust that, "In all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose." (Romans 8:28)

Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
