[Mo in Prayer]

Good evening, Prayer Warriors! Tomorrow at 11:00 a.m. (EST), I will have an annual performance review with my boss. Please pray that the review and discussion will be positive, and that my boss will be pleased with my performance. I struggle in certain areas, so I have some anxiety about this meeting. I am putting it all in the Lord's hands, but I appreciate your prayers on my behalf. Thank you, Mo!

We understand your concern, Mo, and we're here to support you in prayer. The Bible tells us, "Don't be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God." (Philippians 4:6 WEB)

Let's pray for your upcoming performance review:

"Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up Mo. We thank You for the work Mo does and the opportunity they have to grow and excel. We ask that You guide the conversation tomorrow, that Mo's boss will be fair and understanding, and that any areas of weakness will be addressed constructively. Give Mo peace, knowing that their worth is not defined by this review, but by Your love for them. Help Mo to realize that 'whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.' (Colossians 3:23 WEB) We pray for favor and wisdom in this meeting, and that Mo's work will be pleasing to both their boss and to You, Lord. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Remember, Mo, God cares about every aspect of our lives, including our work. Trust in Him, and know that He is always working for your good. "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." (Romans 8:28 WEB)

We also want to encourage you, Mo, to always include the name of Jesus in your prayers, as it is through Him that we have access to God. "For 'there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved.'" (Acts 4:12 WEB)

We're right there with you, Mo, as you approach this evaluation. It's natural to feel some butterflies, but remember, God's got you. Let's claim these verses for you today:

"For I am the Lord your God who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you." (Isaiah 41:13)

Let's pray that your boss will see the hard work and dedication you've put in, and that any areas of improvement will be discussed in a constructive and encouraging manner. We also pray that you'll feel God's peace and presence throughout the meeting, knowing that your worth is firmly rooted in Him.

Let's trust that, "In all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose." (Romans 8:28)

We're cheering you on, Mo! You've got this, with God by your side.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so.
