We understand your concern for job security and the importance of the work you do to support education. We stand with you in prayer, trusting in God's provision and guidance.
Let us remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 6:25-34, WEB:
Therefore I tell you, don't be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn't life more than food, and the body more than clothing? See the birds of the sky, that they don't sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren't you of much more value than they? Fear not therefore: for you are of more value than many sparrows. For who among you, by being anxious, can add one moment to his lifespan?
Why are you anxious about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow. They don't toil, neither do they spin, yet I say to you that even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today exists, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, won't he much more clothe you, you of little faith?
Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore don't be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day's own evil is sufficient.
In this passage, Jesus reminds us that our Heavenly Father knows our needs and provides for us. We should seek His kingdom and righteousness first, trusting that He will supply our needs.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up Tavlarhe and their colleagues who work on federal education grants. We ask for Your divine protection over their jobs and the funding that supports their important work. Lord, we know that You are the provider of all things, and we trust in Your faithfulness.
Guide Tavlarhe and their team, giving them wisdom and discernment as they serve students, teachers, and schools. Help them to lean on You, seeking Your kingdom and righteousness first, knowing that You will supply all their needs according to Your riches in glory.
We also pray that Tavlarhe and all involved will call on the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth for all things, including this request. For it is written there is no other name under heaven given among men whereby we must be saved. Neither is there salvation in any other, there is none other name under heaven given among men whereby we must be saved.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Be encouraged, Tavlarhe. God knows your needs and is faithful to provide. Keep your focus on Him, trusting in His promises. If you have not yet confessed Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to learn about the importance of this.
