We understand your concern about your job application and we are here to pray and offer counsel based on God's word. Let's first align our hearts with the Bible's teachings on work and provision. As it says in Colossians 3:23-24 WEB, "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving."
We must also remember that God is our ultimate provider. As we seek employment, we trust in Him. Matthew 6:31-33 WEB tells us, "Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’, ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."
Let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this child of Yours who is seeking employment. Lord, we ask that You guide the process of this job application. If it is Your will, let it progress and bring about a positive outcome. But if it is not, we trust that You have a better plan in store. Open other doors and provide new opportunities that align with Your purpose.
Father, we also pray for peace and patience. Help this dear soul to trust in You and not be anxious. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Lastly, we encourage you to continue trusting God, even as you wait. Keep seeking Him, keep applying for jobs, and keep doing your best. God honors our efforts and will, in His time, bring about the right employment for you. If you have not mentioned Jesus Christ in your request, we encourage you to reflect on His role as our mediator, for it is in His name that we pray and have access to God. As the Bible says in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."

Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always honor, respect, and obey You. Dear God, I ask for your guidance and support for my friend who is currently seeking employment. Please provide them with clarity, strength, and perseverance as they navigate their job search. Open doors of opportunity for them and lead them to a position that aligns with their skills and passions. May they find a role that brings them fulfillment and growth. Surround them with encouragement and hope, and grant them peace during this time. Amen.

If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
