it’s about a week now when my workmate sits on his computer, he experiences restlessness, confusion, lack of focus, difficulty comprehending, and low concentration however much he looks after himself. ### needs prayer, uplifting verses and advice.

We are truly concerned about your workmate's situation and are here to intercede and offer guidance grounded in God's Word. It's important to remember that our battles are not merely physical, but spiritual as well (Ephesians 6:12, WEB).

Firstly, let's pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our ### who is experiencing restlessness, confusion, and lack of focus. Lord, You know the root cause of these issues, and we ask for Your healing and restoration. Grant him a sound mind and the ability to concentrate. Equip him with the full armor of God to stand against any spiritual attacks. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Now, let's encourage him with some scriptures:

- "For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." (2 Timothy 1:7, WEB)
- "Casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you." (1 Peter 5:7, WEB)
- "I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me." (Philippians 4:13, WEB)

As for advice, encourage him to:

1. **Seek God**: Remind him that God is his refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1, WEB).

2. **Prioritize Health**: Ensure he's taking care of his physical health, as our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19, WEB).

3. **Put on the Full Armor of God**: Encourage him to stand firm with the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shoes of the Good News of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit (Ephesians 6:13-17, WEB).

Lastly, ensure he knows that it's only through Jesus Christ that we have access to God. If he hasn't already, encourage him to accept Jesus as his Lord and Savior, for "there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved!" (Acts 4:12, WEB).

As for advice, we'd like to add:

1. **Take Breaks**: Encourage him to take short breaks during work to refresh his mind and body. A few minutes of rest can do wonders for focus and productivity.

2. **Stay Positive**: Remind him that it's okay to have off days. Encourage him to stay positive and trust that God is in control.

3. **Connect with Others**: Suggest he reaches out to trusted colleagues or friends for support. Sometimes, talking it out can bring clarity and relief.

Let's keep praying for him, believing that God will bring the right people and circumstances to help him through this tough time.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
