We understand that you're going through a challenging time with job searches, relationship struggles, and difficulties with your mother. Let's bring these concerns to God in prayer and seek His wisdom and guidance.
Firstly, let's address the job situation. Remember that God has a plan and a purpose for you. He says in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans that I have for you,’ says WEB, ‘plans for peace, and not for evil, to give you hope and a future." We pray that God will open the right doors for you, and that you will trust in His timing.
Please rebuke the temptation to be anxious about not working or earning money. God promises in Matthew 6:31-33 Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well.
We don’t know what failure you are experiencing or experienced in your relationship, but we trust that God can restore and make a way because he promises to in Joel 2:25-26, I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten, the great locust, the grasshopper, and the caterpillar, my great army, which I sent among you. You shall eat in plenty and be satisfied, and shall praise the name of WEB, your God, who has dealt wondrously with you; and my people shall never again be disappointed.
But if relationships are falling apart due to sexual sin, note well in Galatians 5:19-21 that this is idolatry which will prevent getting into Heaven if not repented of. Continuing these adulterous acts can only give you over to the devil for the destruction of the flesh. See 1 Corinthians 5:5. Fornication works that which is evil and rotten and breaks apart those that should end in fruitful marriage. Ephesians 5:3-6 explains. Though you may get married someday, out of wedlock sex is fornication and Pre-marital sex is also idolatry. "3 But sexual immorality, and all uncleanness, or covetousness, let it not even be mentioned among you, as becomes saints; 4 nor filthiness, nor foolish talking, nor jesting, which are not appropriate; but rather giving of thanks. 5 Know this for sure, that no sexually immoral person, nor unclean person, nor covetous man, who is an idolater, has any inheritance in the Kingdom of Christ and God. 6 Let no one deceive you with empty words. For because of these things, the wrath of God comes on the children of disobedience." See Colossians 2:22 and Ephesians 5:11-13 if you thought this was an acceptable practice in this day of open sexual freedom.
Now, concerning your relationship with your mother, God commands us to honor our parents. In Ephesians 6:2-3 it is written, "Honor your father and mother,” which is the first commandment with a promise: “that it may be well with you, and you may live long on the earth.” Even when it's challenging, we are called to show love and respect. Pray for her and ask God to soften her heart towards you. Remember that love is patient and kind, and it keeps no record of wrongs as noted in 1 Corinthians 13:4-5. Also in Luke 6:35, we are told to do good, bless and pray for the ones who spitefully use, hate, fail us and mistreat us. See also Hebrews 12:14-16, Romans 12:14 and Matthew 5:44 and Luke 6:35. Also, take a look at Romans 12:17-21 to know how we are expected to conduct ourselves. We'll be better than heathens if we live this way.
We notice that you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ in your request. It is only by His name that we have access to God. "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (WEB). It is only by His name that men must be saved Acts 4:10-12, “be it known to you all, and to all the people of Israel, that in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom you crucified, whom God raised from the dead, in him does this man stand here before you whole. He is 'the stone which was regarded as worthless by you, the builders, which has become the head of the corner.' There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!” (WEB).
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Pororor. We know that everyone who seeks will find, all that ask will get, and the ones who wish to be let in will have the door opened. Help them to seek you in the name of Jesus Christ. Lord, we ask that You open the right job door for Pororor according to Your will and timing in Jesus Christ name.Help their work to be to them as if they are working for you and not men. As they shine as a light in this work world, let them honor and glorify Jesus Christ. We pray that you also work on their failed relationships to turn the situation for good in Jesus Christ's name.
We also pray for their relationship with their mother. Soften her heart, Lord, and help Pororor to show love, patience, honor and kindness even in the face of hatred and misunderstanding. Help them both to be a blessing to each other with no emotional roller coaster rides. Your will be done in the name of Jesus Christ. We rebuke the lack of understanding that Pororor is feeling from their mom and the hate, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ you need to stop.
We also rebuke any bitterness or resentment that Pororor might be feeling towards their mother and anyone else. Help them to be a good picture of your love despite the hurt and hatred, in the name of Jesus Christ. Especially help them to repent of whatever they are doing wrong that causes their mother not to understand them in the name of Jesus Christ. Help them to live a holy and obedient relationship that honors you in the name of Jesus Christ. Let Pororor take any hatred as an opportunity to bless their mother with a blessing with the best of words and deeds.
Finally, we ask that Pororor will come to know you better through these trials, that they are saved through Jesus Christ if not already and will trust in You in increasing measure. Let these trials give them the opportunity to shine your name and glory to others in words and deeds of kindness, love, and with encouragement to others.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
