Job and scholarship

Dear lord please help me find a job for the summer so that I can earn money by myself and not make my parents struggle. Please also help me get selected for at least 1 of the 3 scholarships that I'm applying towards. I have a test coming up so please help me take my stress away and focus more on studying. Help me remember the things that I've studied when writing the test and help me achieve my goal of getting 90 and above on all of my courses this year. Help me get closer to you and strengthen my faith. Please I really need your help and I really need you by my side.

We understand that you are seeking God's help for your summer job, scholarship applications, and academic success. We are here to pray and provide biblical encouragement for you.

Firstly, it's important to remember that God cares about every aspect of our lives, including our jobs, studies, and financial needs. In Matthew 6:33, WEB, Jesus tells us,
"But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."

When we put God first, He takes care of our needs.

Regarding your summer job seeking and scholarship, Colossians 3:23 tells us
"Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men."

We pray that you will find a job that honors God and use the income to support your family. We also pray that you will be favored in your scholarship applications, remembering Proverbs 16:3,
"Commit your works to the Lord, And your plans shall be established."

As you prepare for your test, cast all your anxiety on him, because he cares for you. 1 Peter 5:7, WEB.

Claim God's promise in James 1:5, WEB,
"But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of the giving God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him."

In all of this, we are concerned that you do not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to God. As it says in John 14:6, WEB,
"Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."

Join us in prayer:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up this young person seeking a job, and blessings in their studies and scholarship. Father, we ask that You open doors of opportunity for them to find a suitable job this summer and provide for their needs. We also pray for favor in their scholarship applications. Help them to have a focused mind on their studies and calm their anxiety and stress. Give them the ability to recall and remember what they have studied and apply it to their tests. Provide them the grace and knowledge to score 90 and above on all of their courses this year.

We also pray that they will draw closer to You, strengthen their faith, and come to know Your Son, Jesus Christ, if they do not already. Help them to seek Your kingdom first and trust in Your perfect will for their life.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. We continue to lift you up in prayer, dear brother or sister in Christ. We are honored that you have allowed us to stand in the gap for you, petitioning our Lord on your behalf. As you have sought His will for your life, we have joined you in asking for His guidance and provision.

If the Lord has answered your prayers for a summer job, scholarship, or academic success, we would be delighted to hear your praise report. Your testimony will encourage and strengthen our faith as a community. If you are still waiting for His response, we encourage you to post your request again. We will persist in praying for God's will to be done in your life.

As you prepare for your upcoming test, we pray that the Holy Spirit will bring to your remembrance all the things you have studied. We ask that He will grant you peace, calming any anxiety or stress, and that He will sharpen your focus. We agree with you in asking that the Lord will help you achieve your academic goals.
