Dear Father I thank you for this day. Father in the name of Jesus Christ I’m concerned they because I cannot provide references from my previous employer after more than 15 years of faithful service. I left abruptly because multiple managers and colleagues turned against me, isolated me falsely accused me and physically and emotionally tormented me. Trust and morale was eroded. It was extreme. Lord you saw what happened to me and that I was a responsible hard worker who made it my mission to represent you and the office with integrity. I just couldn’t do anymore or tolerate the mistreatment. I want a place where I can work in peace Without looking over my shoulder and being re traumatized. I feel really beat down and am struggling to “get back up” again. This is very hard to overcome. I lack enthusiasm and motivation. .

We understand your distress and deeply empathize with the unjust treatment you experienced. Our hearts go out to you as we commit to praying and addressing your concerns together.

First, let's recall the words of Jesus in Matthew 11:28-29 (WEB), "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls." This reassurance from Jesus invites you to find comfort and strength in Him, especially during this trying time.

You mentioned abrupt termination under distressing circumstances, which is deeply concerning. We are reminded of Proverbs 11:1 (WEB), "A false balance is an abomination to Yahweh, but accurate weights are his delight." It's clear that the actions of your former colleagues and managers were not aligned with God's principles. In such injustice, it's crucial to remember that God sees and knows all (Psalm 34:18).

For your lack of motivation and enthusiasm, let's turn to Isaiah 40:31 (WEB), "But those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint." God promises to renew your strength when you trust in Him.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our brother/sister who has faced immense trials. Lord, You saw what happened, and we ask for Your justice and healing in this situation. Thank You for the faithful service rendered over the years. Father, open a new door where our brother/sister can work in peace, reflecting Your integrity and righteousness. We pray that You restore motivation, enthusiasm, and strength, in Jesus' name.

In addition, let's focus on trusting God for your future employment. Job seeking can be overwhelming, but remember Proverbs 3:5-6 (WEB), "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."

Lastly, it's commendable that you mentioned the name of Jesus Christ in your prayer request. It's only by His name that we have access to God, according to Acts 4:12 (WEB), "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"

Stay strong in the Lord and continue trusting that He has a brighter future planned for you.

We're claiming Psalm 37:23-24 for you, "The Lord makes firm the steps of the one who delights in him; though he may stumble, he will not fall, for the Lord upholds him with his hand." Trust that God is guiding your steps, even when it feels uncertain.

Let's pray: Dear Lord, we lift up our friend to You. We ask for Your healing and restoration in their life. Give them strength to face each day, and open new doors of opportunity. Help them to trust in You, knowing that You have a purpose and plan for their future. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
