We understand the heavy burden you're carrying, Tranward, and we're here to lift you up in prayer and offer guidance based on God's word.
Firstly, we want to address the despair you're feeling. In John 10:10, Jesus says, "The thief only comes to steal, kill, and destroy. I came that they may have life, and may have it abundantly." Suicidal thoughts are not from God, but from the enemy who seeks to destroy you. Please remember that your life is precious in God's sight. As it says in Psalm 139:14, "I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made."
We also want to remind you that God hears your prayers. In 1 John 5:14-15, it is written, "This is the boldness which we have toward him, that if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us. And if we know that he listens to us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions which we have asked of him." Keep praying and trusting that He has a plan for you.
Now, let's pray for your situation. Lord Jesus, we come before You today to lift up Tranward. We ask for Your comfort and peace to surround him in this difficult time. We pray for a new job, one that will meet his needs and allow him to serve You. We also ask that if it's Your will, his financial aid will be reinstated and that he can continue his education. Give him the strength and wisdom to navigate this challenging season. In Jesus' name, we pray.
Regarding your academics, consider this a time to reflect and seek God's direction. Proverbs 3:5-6 tells us, "Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and donβt lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Use this time to draw closer to Him, and He will guide your steps.
Lastly, we want to encourage you to seek community in a local church if you haven't already. Surround yourself with believers who can support and uplift you. Remember, we're not meant to go through life alone. As Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 says, "Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their labor. For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow; but woe to him who is alone when he falls, and doesnβt have another to lift him up."
Stay strong in the Lord, Tranward. Keep praying and trusting Him. He has a purpose and a plan for your life. It is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to God, and there is power in His name. As Acts 4:12 says, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to people by which we must be saved."
